Enabling Loyalty List Filtering with AlpineIQ

Step 1 – Login to CannaVersions Dashboard
Login to your CannaVersions Dashboard using the credentials we’ve provided you.

Step 2 – Navigate to the Integrations Page
Click on the Integrations button on the left navigation and select AlpineIQ.
Step 3 – Enter Your AlpineIQ API key
Click on the “Settings” tab and enter your AlpineIQ API key and click SAVE. Once this is saved we will not send an email to customers on your loyalty list in your AlpineIQ CRM. If you want to remove this setting at any time simply navigate to the same AlpineIQ setup page, delete the APIkey and click SAVE.
Once enabled, you will see the number of times we did not send an email due to this filtering feature in your analytics dashboard as “Loyalty”.
If you change your mind in the future and don’t wish to have CannaVersions filter for customers in your AlpineIQ CRM, simply delete the key and click SAVE.
