Understanding your invoice

Your invoice contains a simple summary of the monthly activity on your account. The line items are broken out by feature and contain the following details:
- For core feature line items (abandoned carts and winback), we report the total recovered revenue within 24 hours of email send and the rate of recovered revenue due to CannaVersions per your agreement. 
- For add-on feature line items (Google Review Requests, Order Confirmation), we report the number of locations and the rate per location per your agreement. 
Here is an example of a customer who has all features enabled for 5 locations.
